Shipping:

FREE Shipping Promotion: At BRP Hot Rods, we believe our Veterans deserve more than just one day of recognition. In celebration of Memorial Day and as a tribute to their service, we are offering FREE shipping on orders of $400 or more throughout May. This special promotion is valid until 11:59 PM EST on Friday, May 31, 2024, and is available exclusively to our customers in the contiguous United States. Join us in honoring our heroes all month long with these exceptional savings!

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday during normal business hours.

Returns:

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Should our product not meet your complete satisfaction, we welcome its return. Please send the new/unused item, securely packed in its original box (return shipping to be pre-paid by the customer), along with a copy of the invoice for a prompt refund or exchange. Upon approval of your return, credit will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned items.
